1956 Other Studebaker V-8 . 1956 Studebaker four door sedan with 79k original miles, 259 Sweepstakes V-8, three gear overdrive, reported to be a great running and driving car and getting 27 miles-per-gallon before having a minor collision with a deer in 1980. It needs a a grill and some straightening on the fender and hood or would make an awesome and unique drivetrain for a hot rod, or even better, it would be an awesome donor car to save the life of a fellow old Studebaker. It is now here in Austin, I put in a battery, hooked up a gas can and it runs like a sewing machine, the radio even works! I might even try to bleed the brakes if I run out of things to do.
