1962 FORD THUNERBIRD, two Door Hard-Top automobile. This car has been pampered and a toy for several years now, without much use. It was a Florida Car and brought to New York for retirement. It has less than 50,zero miles of use. The car still has its original paint job and has never been involved in an accident. There was 1 damaged rocker panel; that I had it professionally fixed several years ago. If someone wants a nice car for pleasure driving or auto-shows, this can certainly qualify. This model is 1 of the - birds that has the right tilt steering wheel for ease of getting in and out of the car. The seat upholstery is original, as well as the rugs. The front seats showed some signs of needing help; so I put real sheepskin covers on them and they are still very good. The glass is good and the chrome is in good condition. The only things that will need some attention are the radio, and the ac system. I havent pre-owned either in over 15yrs. The paint on the car is the original white that it came in. I am sure the battery might need replacing, because I havent driven it in the last 2 yrs. I am putting it on the charger today. If need be; I will get a new battery for the car. The car has been garaged all of its life, except when not in use or setting out with a For Sale Sign, on it.
