Features includepinstriping, a color-keyed chin spoiler, fender flares, sportmirror caps, a full-width taillight panel, and a three-piece rearspoiler.Glossy black 17-inch Foose wheels are wrapped in 235/55tires.The cockpit is fitted with black cloth racing bucket seats upfront, a pair of black fabric seats in the rear, and matchingmaterials for the door panels, dash, and carpeting. Amenitiesinclude Tanaka safety harnesses, a center console, engine-turnedaluminum dash trim, and a modern stereo. The trunk contains theequipment for a nitrous oxide system.Instrumentation includes a90-mph speedometer, a 6K-rpm tachometer, an inset analog clock, andauxiliary gauges for the air/fuel ratio, fuel level, voltage,coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The five-digit mechanicalodometer reads 23,201 miles, but the true mileage on the chassis isunknown.The engine started as a 502ci block and was bored andstroked into a 555ci big-block V8. Added performance equipmentincludes a forged rotating assembly, a solid roller camshaft,Brodix aluminum heads, a Holley 950-cfm carburetor, an electricfuel pump, an MSD ignition system with a timing controller, dualelectric fans, and March Performance pulleys. Power is transferredto the rear wheels via a console-shifted three-speed T400 automatictransmission with a manual valve body, a 3,700-rpm stall converter,and a 3.08:1 rear end with hardened axles.The front hubs and discbrakes were sourced from a fifth-generation Chevrolet Corvette.Steering is power-assisted.
