They have accumulated 15,845 miles since installation. Upgraded rear suspension trailing arms installed 9/9/14. New radiator installed 3/2/16. New Atwood water heater installed 10/14/19. Two roof mounted air/heat pump units. Two LP furnaces. Lots of amenities. All owners manuals that came with the coach new are included. This coach received annual scheduled maintenance. It delivered on average between 8-10 mpg while towing a vehicle. This coach has been our full-time home for the past ten years and are selling it because it has a cracked frame. This for us is unpractical to have repaired. Our hope is to sell it for a reasonable price to recoup some of our equity. Clean regular title (not a salvage title) in our possession. This is a great resource to repair and take on the road or salvage the components to sell to others. It is currently located in Gallup, NM in storage at an RV park.
