It was sleeker and more aerodynamic than theGen1 version with serious upgrades in performance. The bold frontfascia, steeply raked windshield and pronounced fender flares arestyling cues borrowed from designs used on Mclaren/Mercedes FormulaOne cars. This 2005 SLK350 is all-original and has been wellmaintained. The factory Black clearcoat finish is in very goodcondition and is complimented by a supple tan leather interior withtasteful aluminized accents. Convenience features include airconditioning, power seats, power locks/keyless entry, powerwindows, power trunk and tilt wheel. This SLK is also equipped withan AM/FM/CD sound system, power seats and cruise control. Apower-assisted retractable hardtop/convertible provides weathertight comfort. Mercedes stresses passenger protection and the SLKis no exception. Safety features include 'smart' front airbags,driver knee bag, side bags and fixed steel roll bars. The SLK 350 is powered by the Mercedes DOHC 24-valve 3.5L V-6 thatis equipped with variable-valve timing and 10.7:1 compressionpistons. It produces 268 bhp and 258 lb/ft of torque and deliverspower power through a 7-speed Touch-Shift automatic gearbox. Thechassis is equipped with power steering, 4-wheel ABS power discbrakes, front/rear strut suspension and electronichandling/braking/stability assist. Distinctive staggered factoryalloys mount 225/45ZR17f and 245/40ZR17r Continental radials. Thisstunning Mercedes SLK350 will soon move to a new owner's garage -why not yours?
