Beautiful1970 Nova"The 1970 Nova was little changed from previous year 69, although new side markers and taillight lenses were now wider and positioned slightly differently. Sadly, 1970 was the final year performance fans could option the Nova with the famous SS 396 engine option. The 300hp 350 was officially noted as the top engine offering, with only a handful of 396s that were dropped into the 70 Nova. Approximately 177 COPO Novas were ordered, with 175 converted by Yenko Chevrolet, and the other two were sold in Canada."There are over 120 pictures of this car in the eBay listing, including detailed exterior, interior, engine, trunk and undercarriage. Please let all the pictures load (there are over 120) to see the fine condition of this classic Chevy. Not a body off restoration, but very nicely done. The engine is the original 307 mildly rebuilt engine with about 350 H.P. The car was painted to a show quality finish in a base coat/clear-coat in beautiful forest Green Metallic with black stripes. The exterior chrome and trim are very nice and in excellent condition, the interior is a combination of original and restored and the undercarriage is incredibly solid and clean with no issues. The 307 V-8 engine fires to life instantly and with the mild cam and custom dual exhaust it has a great muscle car rumble . Nicely equipped with power steering, power brakes, 3-speed automatic transmission, dual flowmaster mufflers w/dual exhaust, P-205/75-14 Firestone Supreme tires, on 14" Keystone Classic wheels.
