Only 3,100 miles on bare metal ground-up professional restoration by marque and V8 specialist, completed 2011-2012, with estimated 220-230 hp per restorer. After market A/C with face vents; five replica period 15" Silverstone alloy wheels; cloth pack and play top with red boot cover; aluminum hood and radiator; custom (jaguar) biscuit color with red piping leather seats to MkI pattern plus headrests and burr wood dash and door capping all from UK marque specialists plus matching biscuit door cards, fascia trim and central cupholder/storage and tan carpeted interior and full trunk. Upgrades include Borg-Warner T5 transmission (from 8-cylinder Trans-am); cut-down GM V8 rear axle (not the lesser S-10) with disk brakes and Posi traction (LSD); up front Willwood 4-pot ventilated discs with slotted cross drilled rotors; coil-overs; upgraded 13/16� anti-roll bar; front LED spotlights; 3.9 heads with MG rocker covers; jet-hot coated MGB RV8 headers; Edelbrock 500 CFM carb with Buick intake; carbon fiber springs; lightened flywheel; tube-type shocks; Panhard rod/anti-tramp bars; electric fan and switch; 65-amp alternator; special fuse box. Virtually all chrome parts were new: grille, trim, mirrors, bumpers/over riders, gas cap, air cleaner. Extra coats of paint (in new MINI's Chili Red - car was originally red) Also have (never fitted but has fittings) a factory works hardtop with roof air vent, purchased two decades ago from former MG racer.
