Custom shifter knob + sheath. I am the second owner and purchased it back in 2009. I've driven an average of 14,600 miles / year, predominately highway miles (did a lot of travel). I have regular maintenance documentation. There is a minor dent in the passenger-side door which happened before I owned it (see photos).
