The restoration process included a high-quality repaint in the original DB Silver Grey. The paint remains in as-restored condition with no notable flaws. All the original brightwork remains with the car, with the chrome restored to show quality. Two small bumperettes were left off the car. They are included with the car but were not restored. The only metal work needed was in the headlight buckets and a small amount of repair around the rear fender eyebrows. The original factory spot welds are still visible throughout the body, confirming that the car had never been hit or badly rusted.
