Between 1958 and 1962 a total of 1,366 Sprint Speciales wereproduced. The dynamic and highly stylized Sprint Speciale was aspin-off of the radical BAT series cars. According to Alfa factory files, this Sprint Speciale chassisnumber AR 177324 corresponds to an Alfa Romeo Giulietta SprintSpeciale (101.20), engine series AR 00120 and was manufactured onthe 31st January 1962 and sold to its first owner on the 10thFebruary 1962 in Padua, Italy, in its current colorcombination. This Sprint Speciale was the subject of a comprehensive restorationcompleted in 2008-2009 with limited mileage since. It has garneredseveral concours awards since restoration and remains in excellentcondition in all areas. A wonderful sporting Alfa, these Sprint Speciales are fun to drive,beautiful additions to any garage or collection and eligible forsome of the finest and most exclusive vintage road tours around theworld.
