Thiscar was bought with a sibling car to it of the same year and model.The prior owner was an enthusiast and a garage mechanic andbodyman. The car runs and drives nicely and is complete. We have apile of receipts totaling thousands of dollars that go with thecar. It has full receipts for parts for a full engine overhaul inroughly 2019. Mechanically the car runs and drives really well andis a great driver Cutlass. PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK OUT OUR YouTube VIDEO FOR THE MOST IN DEPTHANALYSIS OF THIS 74 CUTLASS SUPREME! There is some body work on the car that is mediocre at best and isevident that it was not painted professionally. The paint is drythroughout and doesent have the glossy clear shine on it that wehope it would. The car is complete and appears fully intact. Itoffers a lot of upside in terms of repainting and body worktouching up, or its a perfect driver as it sits. The top should bevinyl as far as we can tell and it is currently just a paintedroof. It actually looks kinda sharp. The car has a proper set ofRally Wheels on it. The interior is mix matched at the moment with nice seat coveringsbut in a clashing color compared to the rest of the interior. Thecarpets looks new and the dash and gauges show nicely. Theheadliner and visors are in pretty good shape as you can see. The car drives nice and straight and shines the brightest in themechanical department. The prior owner cared for his cars and tookgood care of them and this is no exception. We note a newer fuelcell and some newer suspension parts throughout. We know that theengine was rebuilt in about 2019 and new tires were installed in2021. The power steering works great and the car runs out nicelyand stops straight and confidently. The newly rebuilt TH350 shiftslike a new transmission should. We note some usual drips and oilresidue underneath and it would appear that a brake line might havea small leak as well, despite have a nice solid pedalunderfoot. The trunk has some metal repair that we can see, as well as aroundthe rear wheel openings. The body work is mediocre at best. We alsonote some repair areas underneath the car which is detailed in ourpics. The frame appears nice and solid as expected. This is a great opportunity to get your hands on a 1974 CutlassSupreme Coupe for cheap and will give a tinkerer or enthusiastplenty of upside to add value to the car over the nextownership.
