The Honda Prelude is a sport coupe that was produced over fivegenerations from 1978 to 2001. Loosely derived from the Accord,this sports car was the first Honda to include a moonroof a featurethat remained standard equipment throughout its 23 years inproduction. Each new generation exhibited subtle adjustments toperformance and appearance, and the third generation saw theintroduction of the innovative mechanical four-wheel steeringoption in 1987, with an upgrade to electronic 4WS in 1991.
