This is an Italian-market car we recently importedvia Belgium with our European partner Passion For Classics.Finished in the stunning shade of Midnight Blue Metallic over blackleather interior, this example presents beautifully inside and outand is showing only 61,120 kilometers (which translates to 37,978miles). Factory 17-inch alloy wheels are wearing BridgestonePotenza tires. Interior remains in excellent original condition with soft andsupple leather seating surfaces showing virtually no wear.Excellent door panels, headliner, carpets, steering wheel and dash(with no cracks, shrinkage or warping). Original BlaupunktHeidelberg RCM 40 cassette stereo is working; all gauges, lightsand indicators are working and there are no dead pixels in theinstrument cluster. Under the hood is a potent four-cam 5.4 liter V8 which makes 345horsepower. It's mated to a five-speed manual transaxle with adogleg shift pattern. A recent major service just prior to importincluded a new timing belt, water pump, tune up and all fluids. While we've always been fond of the 928's styling, the early UScars (most of which were ordered with a non-overdrive automatic)were pretty uninspiring to drive. Porsche kept improving thedrivetrain throughout the run, which culminated with the 928 GTSoffered from 1992 to 1995 - finally a 928 that offered blisteringperformance to match its good looks. One of the fastest productioncars of its day, it still feels quick even by modern standards. Spare, jack, owner's manual, stamped service book, some servicerecords and all import documentation are included. Sold on a cleanand clear Georgia title in our dealership's name.
