We are selling a 2007 Monaco Executive 40 Rainier IV for a close family friend. They purchased this coach from the second owners last year, used the coach traveling, and decided that the motorhome life wasnt for them. The previous few owners have meticulously cared for this coach. You dont find many motorhomes on the market that are as pristine as this one, when you see it you can tell that it has been very well cared for over the years. Everything that came with the coach in 2007 is still with the coach, unless upgraded or replaced with the same new item. This coach is VERY clean and ready to hit the road. This Monaco has a very unique and sought-after engine/transmission pair. 2007 Monaco Executive with Series 60 Detroit Diesel 515 HP Engine with Allison 4000 MH 6-Speed World Transmission and Electronic Shifter, and 10K Cummins Diesel Generator. The coach has 34k miles. This Monaco is unique in that it is that is was custom-ordered with a 2006 floor plan on a 2007 Executive, which includes full marble tile throughout Windermere interior/exterior and Stained Cherry wood features. This coach has most of the upgrades offered for that year and has full documentation of the purchase of the coach, all original manuals including the wiring diagram. We have extra keys and all the original remotes. We even have the original matching chairs for the table, in perfect condition. Also included with this Monaco is a FULL solar array and Lithium batteries, which is a $12,000 system and allows you to camp off-grid without running your generator as long as you have sun.
