Engine & transmission are in absolutely pristine condition as she has only ever been required routine maintenance which she has solely received at her original dealership in Fairfield, CT (namely Paul Miller Nissan) where she had only 67 miles on her at the time of purchase. Absolutely ZERO highway miles since she was purchased & only one battery change ever only a few years ago from the time of her purchase from her original dealership at the time. Requires new brake pads as well as a new &/or repaired customized sunroof as that had unexpectedly stopped working back as relatively recently as mid-2022; hence the removal of her mechanism & subsequent (obviously temporary) frog tape as is shown here in her photos. Only mechanical issue is her sunroof as her engine & transmission, etc., are ALL in absolutely perfect condition especially for her age & given how she has only ever been driven (on average) barely over 11K miles per year. Purchased at the time for over $27,000 with her aftermarket sunroof installed. Only significant issue is with her interior cabin which has gradually incurred some water damage due to drainage issues with how her aftermarket sunroof was installed. ALL four tires are in excellent condition. Extremely viable potential ESPECIALLY her engine & transmission as well as for her stereo system (double band radio & singular CD player) both of which are also in perfect working condition. Simulated wood finish accentuates the interior trimmings of her golden blonde interior. External paint is not only much better condition than what can readily be seen here but is almost perfect as there is only a tiny bit of extremely light fading in some inconspicuous areas (hardly noticeable at all imo) & absolutely ZERO rust or chipping. Included are ALL of her original paperwork from her dealership & a couple of touch up paints in Red Alert which have almost never been used at any point. Back trunk with original (never used) spare tire is also in absolutely pristine condition as that has rarely ever been used except for only for occasional light storage over the years.
