For sale again due to timewaster. Please do not bid/ buy if you dont have the funds in place or wish to 'change your mind'. 1992 Citroen AX GT. 3 Door. 103k Miles. MOT till Feb 2024. New tyres on 15" OZ racing wheels and a large amount of history. New battery. Original, numbers matching 1.4 engine. K&N filter, 285 cam and Janspeed back box. Its very 'Max Power'. Had a massive stereo in it at some point as well- although mostly removed now, still has a CD changer in the glovebox. Drives nicely- if a little hard for me as lowered on Spax and is more like driving a go kart on the road. Fitted with a strut brace by the previous owner. Sunroof is original and doesn't leak. Bonnet scoop is awful and the rest of the body kit could do with 'adjusting' to get it to fit better. Fog lamps are knackered, but has a new driver's headlamp (and passengers to go with it) and everything except the passenger window (probably the switch) works. Few parking dings, as to be expected of a 31 year old, but they dont really show- driver's rear arch is showing a little bubbling (see photo) and the front bumper has a small split, none of which distract from the car. Has had welding behind the headlamps at some point in its life- they're prone to rust here- not overly pretty, but are solid. The driver's seat bolster has a small tear (again, see photo) and the choke cable housing is loose (just needs glueing). All in all, a cracking little AX which would make a good rolling resto for the small jobs that need doing, or enjoy it as is! Hot hatches dont get more more 90's than this!
