The Wild West Motor Company in Poway, California, built this custom motorcycle in 2000 using all-new components, including a powerful S&S V-Twin engine. The company made several models. This particular one is called the Peacemaker after the famous Colt revolver. The seller is the motorcycle’s second owner and he has owned it for 16 years. This 2000 Wild West Peacemaker has always been kept indoors, when not in use, and it runs and drives like new, according to the seller. POWERTRAIN The engine is a S&S 107-cu.in. V-Twin, with reportedly 10,700 miles on it, which the seller believes to be accurate, and was rated at 100 horsepower when new. The engine has electric start that the seller says “fires quickly,” with no smoke. The transmission is a five-speed manual, which the seller says “shifts perfectly,” and it is connected to the rear wheel sprocket via a belt drive. Neither the engine nor the transmission leak, per the seller. The seller says the motorcycle was “serviced every year and it still drives like new.” EXTERIOR House of Kolor Purple Kandy paint with black flames covers the frame, fenders, and gas tank. The flames are outlined with lavender pinstriping. There is a little solvent pop on the tank, but otherwise, there are no scratches, dents, or chips, per the seller. SEAT AND INSTRUMENTATION The black leather seat is a Corbin product that’s in “great” condition, according to the seller. In keeping with the bike’s minimalist approach, the single gauge is a VDO speedometer/odometer that works well, per the seller, and there is a small cluster of indicator lights below the speedometer. CHASSIS This custom motorcycle has a softtail suspension and tubular front forks. The front and rear disc brakes use drilled rotors. The seller says the steering tracks straight and he reports no problems with either the steering or brakes. The tires are mounted on polished billet wheels, and the seller adds that the tires are 10 years old with good amount of tread remaining. DOCUMENTATION The seller states that this motorcycle will be sold on a clean Pennsylvania title in his name. This two-owner custom 2000 Wild West Peacemaker motorcycle comes with the original owner’s manual and the build sheet, which totals $32,000. A factory brochure is also included. After 16 years of ownership, the seller is parting with the motorcycle as part of his downsizing efforts.
