Of the more than 1.55 million cars Chevy produced for the 1957 model year, only about 0.01 percent of them — fewer than 18,000 — were 210 two-door wagons, such as this restored 1957 Chevrolet 210 Handyman wagon. It was painted in 2017 and has a number of updates including air conditioning, front disc brakes, a small-block V8, and an automatic transmission. “The car has numerous new parts and is in excellent-driving condition,” says the seller. FEATURES Under the hood is a 355-cu.in. OHV V8 matched with a Turbo Hydra-Matic 350 transmission.The rebuilt engine has an aluminum intake manifold and an Edelbrock carburetor.There’s also a custom dual-exhaust system and an aluminum radiator.The car was painted green in 2017 and the finish is said to be in very good condition.Per the seller, the front end was previously damaged and was repaired prior to painting.All the exterior trim, chrome, and glass appear in good condition.The grille is a custom tubular piece in place of the original.The interior was also redone, featuring gray cloth upholstery that appears in good shape.Aftermarket gauges have replaced the original instruments.An aftermarket steering wheel has been installed, along with a tilting steering column.An aftermarket air conditioning system is installed, but it does not work.There is carpeting on the cargo floor, and it appears very clean.The suspension was serviced with stock-spec components, according to the seller.The brake system has been updated with power-assisted front discs.Prime Well 205/75R15 tires are mounted on later-style Chevy Rally wheels.
