This low-mile 2012 Harley-Davidson FLD Dyna Switchback is said by the seller to have been kept in climate-controlled storage when not in use. It has received all proper maintenance, he says, and the single modification is a Vance & Hines slip-on muffler installed on the factory two-into-one exhaust. “It’s not loud,” he says. The paint has been ceramic-coated, and the bike is presented as ready to ride. The new-for-2012 Harley-Davidson FLD Dyna Switchback featured quick-release compact hard touring bags and windshield that let the owner “switch back” from occasional tourer to cruiser in minutes. Harley also gave the Switchback a unique front end, with cartridge damping on one fork leg, special rear shocks with five adjustments for preload, and light alloy wheels. The result was a bike that motorcycle media found handled well and rode comfortably as an occasional tourer, while also having the desired low-rider look of a cruiser. FEATURES The fuel-injected Twin-Cam 103 cu.in.
