Used 1988 GMC Sierra 6,703 miles, Red
Built by Jack Roush, for the Champcar PPG Indycar Series. For serious GM and racing collectors, the only GMC Sierra of this kind ever built, this truck is one of 1. Not to be confused with other Indianapolis 500 replica pace cars. This GMC was a joint venture between GM and Champcar, for the Champcar PPG Indycar Series. Built in 1988 and pre-owned throughout the 1980’s, for display purposes and part of the PPG Pace Car Team of vehicles to pace all of the Indycar races throughout the Championship season. Also, pre-owned for giving executive guests “hot-laps” around the circuit on race weekends. 1 of a kind with racing history. $350,000 in cost of build. Only 6,703mis. This truck has either been in storage, or on display at a race event all of its life! Please feel free to call with questions. Look at the photos closely. There is a lot of custom work done to this truck. Images do this truck no justice and there is too much info to list about this truck.
