Power windows, power mirrors, a power top up and down, and adrivers side power seat adjustment are seen on this car. The dashalso in tan vinyl has a very clean instrument panel, with analoggauges and digital odometer readout. A leather wrapped 5-speedshifter sits within the console and sits within its correctaluminum shift boot trim ring. A 40th Anniversary badge is on theconsole just below the heater controls and the Mach 1000 AM/FM/CDChanger stereo. Stainless steel pedal covers float above a seat oftan carpeting which is protected by tan 40th Anniversary floormats.DrivetrainA 4.6 liter SOHC fuel injected V8 backed by a Tremec TR3650 5-speedmanual transmission can be seen in clean and green shape with thelift of the hood. On the back is a Ford 8.8" 3.27 TracLoc rearaxle.UndercarriageAll original, all structurally sound with surface rust on uncoatedsteel surfaces, definitely unremarkable. Rockers are pristine, asare the unibody rails and floor panels. Independent frontsuspension and 4 link rear suspension along with dual exhaust withfactory mufflers and 4-wheel power disc brakes.Drive-AbilityThis car started right up and I flipped the top down and it was offto the sunny test track. Here it had nice acceleration, a throatysound, and good handling and braking. It is a comfortable car todrive, and with all functions working, it could handle a longcruise with ease and comfort.
