Description: This Cobra replica features a polished bare aluminum body fittedover a steel tube frame, and it is powered by a 351ci V8 mated to afive-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes an EdelbrockPro-Flo fuel injection system, an electronic ignition, Ford SVOcylinder heads, and tubular exhaust headers in addition to anindependent suspension with adjustable coilovers, Wilwood discbrakes, 15? Halibrand-style knock-off wheels, a chrome roll hoop,side-exit exhaust pipes, low-back bucket seats trimmed in blackupholstery, Simpson latch-and-link harnesses, and AutoMeter gauges.The body was disassembled and polished in preparation for thesale. Interior: The low-back bucket seats are upholstered in black upholstery, andSimpson latch-and-link harnesses are fitted for both occupants.Black carpeting extends from the cabin to the trunk, andappointments include a dashboard-mounted rearview mirror,translucent sun visors, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, andAC-branded metal pedals. AutoMeter instrumentation consists of an8k-rpm tachometer and auxiliary gauges for oil temperature, oilpressure, water temperature, fuel level, and voltage. Thereverse-sweep 180-mph speedometer does not work. Exterior: The polished bare aluminum bodywork features two brushed centerstripes, a hood scoop, fender vents, and quick-jack bumperettes.Additional features include a chrome roll bar, Cobra badging, aLeMans-style fuel cap, wind wings, and side-exit exhaust pipes. Theexterior trim was removed before the body was polished inpreparation for the sale, and a time-lapse video showing thereassembly process is provided in the gallery. Drivetrain: The 351ci V8 is fitted with an Edelbrock Pro-Flo fuel injectionsystem, an electronic ignition, and Ford SVO cylinder heads inaddition to a Milodon oil pan, tubular exhaust headers, finnedCobra-script valve covers, and a remote oil filter and cooler. Analuminum Fluidyne radiator with two front-mounted pusher fans and arear-mounted puller fan is also installed. Power is delivered tothe rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission.Halibrand-style 15" wheels are secured with safety-wired knock-offspinners and wrapped in Goodyear Eagle Sport Car Special tiresmeasuring 26�8? up front and 26�10.5? out back. The car is equippedwith rack-and-pinion steering and a four-wheel independentsuspension with adjustable coilovers. Braking is handled byunassisted Wilwood discs at all four corners.
