1966 Pontiac GTO Convertible for sale. This beautiful Montero Red, black interior and black convertible top is equipped with a 389 c.i. Tri-Power V-8 and automatic transmission with a 3:23 rear-end ratio. This beautiful GTO came from the factory in Candlelite Cream and was repainted Montero Red around 2005; you would never know that it didn€™t come from the factory Red. About that same time, the Tri-Power was added during the ground up restoration and other equipment: power steering, power brakes with BF Goodrich Redline tires mounted to original factory wheels. Of the 96,946 GTO€™s produced in 1966, only 12,798 were convertibles. The complete PHS report is available to document this. This convertible GTO really drives nice, just got back from a freeway cruise at 65 mph top down getting thumbs up from everyone who I passed!
